Process Access Control List

By default only system administrators are authorized to access and change process version codes. In order to change or extend this authorization you can edit Process Access Control List.

Security Profile
Premade security profiles are listed in this section. These profiles may consist of users, positions, departments, user groups and their access types. Security profiles can be managed from Edit Domain task at Administration.

Additional Permissions
Besides security profiles, additional permissions may be given on this section.

Identity
Select user, position, department or user group to authorize.

Permissions
Select a permission type to give selected Identity.

• Read: User can see starting points of only the processes that are in active mode and reports.
• All: Users with this permission are called Process Administrators. These users may see and use the parts which are only authorised for process administrators. Starting points of the processes that are in test mode are also visible to this permission type.

Type
Choose whether the user should or should not have the selected permission.

• Allow: Provides user the All or Read permission.
• Deny: Constrains user from accessing the process.

Begins At
Starting date of permission.

Expires At
Ending date of permission.
